Negotiation and Product Development

According to our customer’s needs, during the Negotiation Phase West East Consulting defines with the suppliers the product specifications, quantities per year, price, terms of payment and other requirements.

During the Product Development Phase, customers outsource development of samples and counter-samples with selected suppliers identified during the Sourcing Phase. Our Product Development Phase is performed on site by West East Consulting specialized individuals.
