During the Sourcing Phase our customer delegates to West East Consulting the study of companies in Asia that produce the item the customer is interested in. The selection of Asian manufactures is performed on site with specialized, native Chinese and international individuals. Supplier selection is made respecting West East Consulting standards (achieved by wide experience) and following check points requested by the customer
As a result of our Sourcing Phase, you will have a list of Asian companies to start a business relationship with – to buy and develop your specific products. Our Product Development Phase will outline elements which will help you better understand if these Asian companies are the right partners and suppliers.
